Something that surprises most international clients: many assume financing a French property from abroad isn't possible. That's usually wrong. Through my network of mortgage specialists, non-resident buyers can often qualify based on assets and income in their home country sometimes up to 100% of the property's value. This isn't separate from my core work; these conversations are often where the client relationship begins.
