Kayvan Mehrbakhsh, CCIM, is the Managing Director of K&M Commercial Real Estate in Herndon, Virginia. With more than 23 years of experience, he is a trusted expert in the sale and leasing of medical, government, and high-tech office properties throughout Northern Virginia.

Mr. Mehrbakhsh has closed over $940 million in transactions across his career. He actively monitors market conditions to ensure his clients receive fair market value on their leases, purchases, and investments. His ability to deliver data-driven insights and expert negotiations has earned him a respected reputation among investors, corporate landowners, and developers.

Before joining K&M Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Mehrbakhsh served as a commercial broker with Fairfax Realty, Inc., advising financial institutions, corporations, and private investors on strategic real estate moves. His background also includes tenure as a Senior Project Manager at MCI Telecommunications, where he oversaw land acquisition, data center construction, and facility migration across the U.S. and Europe.
