Babak Sianaki was born in Iran to an Iranian father and an English mother, giving him a unique cultural perspective and the ability to relate to a wide range of clients. Growing up as the middle child in a family of five siblings, he quickly developed strong negotiation and interpersonal skills—an essential foundation for his future in real estate.

Real estate and property development were a central part of his family life, deeply influencing his passion for the industry. After earning his Iranian Diploma in Civil Engineering, Babak moved to the United Kingdom to further pursue his interests in real estate and customer service.

Babak’s customer service journey began in the luxury retail sector, where he worked at a high-end jewelry store in Kingston. His natural talent for client relations quickly earned him a promotion to weekend manager. During university summer breaks, he worked at Watches of Switzerland in Knightsbridge, selling some of the world's finest timepieces and building relationships with celebrity clients.

Following graduation, Babak began working hands-on with property renovation, letting, and management. His early exposure to the complexities of real estate investment helped him gain valuable insights into the business.

He soon joined the estate agency world, starting in sales. However, he quickly realized that lettings better aligned with his skills and long-term relationship-building style. Over the past decade, Babak has managed several offices for large corporate real estate firms across the UK.
