I have a master’s degree in architecture, and spent many years as a practicing architect, designing and building numerous projects including my own house recently designed and built in Esther Ave Cheviot Hills. I also am one of the founders and a previous board member of SIAP “Society of Iranian Architects & Planners”, a great organization of Iranian architects in Los Angeles.
For the past 37 years I have been a proud resident of the Brentwood, Santa Monica and now Cheviot Hills, Los Angeles, California. I own several income properties in Los Angeles and am intimately familiar with rent control and its issues and nuances.
My real estate experience includes more than just the buying and selling of private homes, I have been involved with properties as a designer, builder, landlord, tenant, and real estate consultant. I am very proud of my family. I am mother of two Berkeley graduates, and now a pharmacist and a Physician. My husband is a CPA, a partner of the biggest Iranian CPA firm in Los Angeles.
