Fariba’s approach to representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate is as colorful and creative as the clients she’s represented.

Since 2005, Fariba’s been a licensed Realtor in Maryland, Virginia, and the District, successfully handling transactions for hundreds of properties.

Fariba has sold everything from multi-million-dollar estates and new construction homes to foreclosures and short sales. Her negotiating skills help her clients – buyers and sellers – succeed in today’s challenging real estate market, which has been running hot and cold and sometimes both at once.

For sellers, Fariba’s education and design experience means they’ll be guided in making profitable decisions on repairs and renovations. She can choose in-demand materials and colors and works closely with contractors so that sellers’ homes shine in a crowded market. As a result, her clients net, on average, 15% over expenditures for renovations.
